Membership FAQ
- Can I upgrade my membership to Greene Dining and when does it take effect?
You can upgrade or downgrade your Greene Dining membership at any time via your Dashboard. However, Modifications and Cancellations are not applied until the start of your next billing cycle, meaning your current package and options will remain active until that time, at which point your modifications or changes will then take effect.
Advertising Opportunities FAQ
- I only have the Free Package but still want to showcase my listing on the home page of Greene Dining, can I do that?
Absolutely. Even if you don't have a package subscription, you can still purchase advertising opportunites a la carte from within your main dashboard. You begin by logging into your dashboard and clicking into the "Purchase Add-Ons" panel. In that panel, you will see all of the a la carte items available for purchase. You will "Add to Cart" the "Featured Listing" option, then click "Checkout" at the bottom of the page. On the next page you can select how many months you wish to purchase and enter in any promo codes you may have. All purchases are made via Paypal.com. Once you purchase the featured listing, you would log into your dashboard and click the "Advertising" panel. In that advertising panel, you would click on the "Featured Listing" tab. In that tab you will see a form in which to select the months you wish to feature your listing on the home page. Simply use the drop down to select the month(s) and click Submit. Your listing will then be added to the random rotation for that month.
