Timothy Cross, well known to residents of the Mountain Top and the surrounding area, recently returned from 10 years in Australia. With over 20 years of experience in high quality cuisine, Chef Cross is eager to showcase his culinary expertise to the region once again.
A graduate of Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute in Rhode Island, Chef Cross honed his skills at several fine dining establishments in the United States and Australia, including 8 years at LaRive, a highly regarded local restaurant. He looks forward to offering you a fine dining experience.
